Slow evenings, small-batch wines

  • Hidden-gem wineries: Visit producers in Vaud and Valais whose bottles rarely leave Switzerland.
  • Guided tastings: Learn how to taste, compare grapes and understand the stories behind each wine.
  • Relaxed atmosphere: Tastings are unpretentious and welcoming, whether you are new to wine or already obsessed.
  • Food to match: Evenings in our favourite local restaurants, pairing regional dishes with the wines you've just discovered.
  • Time to breathe: After big days on the mountain, evenings are intentionally slow, social and comfortable.
